When you read an article
with
the term "stakeholder"...
remember that in the USA
today administration costs
up to 30.6% of hospital
expenditure, and that
insurance companies call
the money they pay to
doctors on behalf of
patients is called the
"medical loss-ratio";
that number under PPACA
has been capped at 20%.

Health Policy Brief: The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services,
is the single largest source of funds for graduate medical education (GME). However, the national debt is $16,400,000,000,000
so one should not expect this administration to pay more to "rich doctors." Therefore, the question naturally arises whether
to continue to pay million-dollar salaries to our "not for profit" hospital administrators, including their public relations
staffs, as well as whether we cannot easily fund graduate medical education with local 501(c)(3) foundations.
