Churches and other non-profits run hospitals; most are tax-exempt under 501(c)(3).
Why not extend this idea to protect choice and accountability in hospitals accepting public funds, so that more
tax-money reaches the bedside instead of stopping off at the administrators' "Mahogany Row": Does any taxpayer
benefit from paying an admninistrator more than the President of the United States?
If donors to local hospitals received a tax credit, would donors be motivated to check
that their contributions were well spent?
