1. Some countries accept American medical degrees and American
internships and residencies.
2. Some countries admit Americans as immigrants; some countries
accept American students to their medical schools. The question naturally arises how well these arrangements work out
over a career. These countries are decidely less corporate than the USA, and doctors there by hearsay do not have the
problems we have with political peer-review for profit.
3. By informal reputation only, English-speaking countries such
as New Zealand, Australia, and Canada should be considered first, but this suggestion is based only on hearsay.
