Several thousand new doctors immigrate here yearly. Most do not
know that the Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986 does not improve U.S. medicine, because this
law does not provide the same due process afforded citizens other than doctors in the Land of the Free:
Corporations are free to destroy doctors who protect patients, and immigrant doctors are much less familiar with the
ways of corporations in a land where the SCOTUS thinks corporations can be treated as persons.
